1. Information we need and how we use it
When you register or place an order with Emeyu, you will be required to enter your name, address, e-mail address, as well as tick the box that you agree to our terms and conditions.

To place an order you will also be required to enter your credit / debit card number and card expiry date plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. Without this information we will not be able to process your order or notify you of acceptance of your order. We use Protx and HSBC – respected, efficient and reliable payment services – to process your transactions. Your card details are received on a secured server managed by Protx and never stored on our system.

You might also be required to enter a contact telephone number in case we have to contact you in an urgent matter relating to your order. We might, unless you advise us otherwise, share this information with our couriers or other agents in case they have to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

If you opt in to receive further information, we will from time to time send you information on our products and events. If you do not wish to receive this service please send an e-mail to info@emeyu.com.

We may also provide your information to carefully selected third parties whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you, if you have opted in to this option under my account. If you do not wish us to disclose your information in this way, please send an e-mail to info@emeyu.com.

2. Safety and security of your information
Our website uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. This software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us to minimise the risk of this being intercepted before it is received by us.
